RETURN POLICY AS OF 7/1/2020

Dear Customer,

As you may know by now, the Coronavirus disease, otherwise known as COVID-19, has become a rapidly evolving concern for people across this country and abroad.

We, at Dinky's Kloset are taking precautionary measures to help maintain the safety and cleanliness of our items. To best help prevent the spread of this disease, COVID-19, AS OF 7/1, THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. All sales are final. No refunds. 

No changes can be made on any orders once placed (Including preorders).

FOR ALL PURCHASES MADE PRIOR TO 7/1/2020. THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY APPLIES


Items must be sent back to Dinky’s Kloset within 5 calendar days of receiving your order along with a Return Form. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. No REFUNDS will be given.

Returned items must be without damage, unworn, unwashed, unaltered (free of any stains, makeup, deodorant, and wear) with tags attached. No credit will be given on items returned in the condition described above.

All items are inspected prior to shipment. Inspected Items will be tagged or written  "M" (met requirements) on the packaging or inside the garment. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival. Credit will not be issued if not reported within that time frame.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

After receiving a return, please allow 7-10 business days to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a Store Code via email.
Store Code covers original purchase price. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Store Code is not redeemable for cash nor transferable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Store Code is a one time use code. To use Store Code the amount of order has to be equal to or greater than the original purchase price of returned item. If its less than the price of returned item, Store Code will not work. You will receive an error message.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 

A 75% restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs.

Final sale item are non-returnable. These items include Clearance/Sale Items, Bodysuits, Swimwear, Accessories, Footwear, Pre-Orders, Mystery Boxes, and Items with attached undergarments. No credit will be given to Final Sale items.

Dinky’s Kloset requires items to be returned within 5 calendar days of original receipt. Returns received after 5 calendar days are considered invalid returns. Invalid returns are subject to being rejected. In rare cases, Dinky’s Kloset will apply a 75% restocking fee to the invalid return.  A Store Credit for the remaining balance will be issued following our normal returns process. Issuance of credit for any invalid returns are at Dinky’s Kloset’s discretion and are not guaranteed.
