Return Policy
Due to rising cases of Monkeypox & Covid Variants. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED
Double check your measurements to ensure you are ordering the correct size. If unsure of what size to order because you are in between sizes, order 1 size up.
NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CANCELLATIONS.
NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.
A 75% restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs.
DAMAGED ITEMS
All items are inspected prior to shipment. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival (NO EXCEPTIONS). Credit will not be issued if not reported within that time frame. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at dinkyskloset@gmail.com
LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS
If you select local pickup at the time of ordering and do not pickup your item(s), the sale is FINAL. We will not contact you after you have been sent a "Ready For Pickup" email and text. No credit, refund, or cancellation will occur. If you are unable to pickup your item, you can contact customer service to be invoiced shipping costs to have your order shipped to you.
If your order hasn’t been picked up within 7 days of receiving a “Ready For Pickup” email and text, you will have to contact customer service to schedule a pickup time, as a representative may not be available during pickup hours, especially if all other orders have been picked up for the day.
