Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.

All orders over $100 will require signature at the time of delivery
All orders that include a preordered item(s) and in-stocked item(s) will all be shipped out at one time, as there was only one shipping fee paid. If you would like in-stocked item(s) shipped out separately, two orders will have to be placed (one for in-stocked item(s) and one for pre-ordered item(s).
Order processing times take up to 5 business days. After processing, your order will ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will start processing the next business day. During holidays, popular restocks and sale events shipping can be delayed due to high demand. Orders processed using Afterpay may result in a longer processing time.
Once orders have been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number. The customer assumes all responsibility once tracking information has been submitted. Dinky's Kloset is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. For lost, stolen, or damaged packages, please contact your local USPS office to start a claim. If an unclaimed package has been returned to us, an additional shipping charge will be incurred.
Dinky's Kloset is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carrier. Dinky's Kloset do not determine delivery dates or times, the carrier does. Dinky's Kloset is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather, catastrophic events, seasonal events (ie, Christmas rush), or failures by the delivery courier. For such events, please allow extra time for delivery. Please note, claims made on undelivered packages takes 30 days to resolve.
Dinky's Kloset does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as being delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier has confirmed as being delivered.
We offer International Shipping. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10-21 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, CARRIER FAILURES AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
Please note: Dinky's Kloset is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact your countries’ postal service to inquire about your package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Dinky’s Kloset and cannot be refunded or resent
* IF THERE IS AN ERROR ON THE BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDED, PACKAGES WILL MOST LIKELY BE HANDLED BY YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. IF THE SHIPMENT CANNOT BE RESOLVED WITH THE POST OFFICE, IT WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO US WHERE WE CONTACT YOU ON THE DISCREPANCIES REGARDING THE ISSUE WITH THE PACKAGE. PLEASE NOTE THAT MISTAKES DONE ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS.
